I break away from my customer!

Hi,

tomorrow I am writing one e-mail that should be a complaint about one customer. This person was very rude on the phone and raised his voice during our conversation so I wish to stop our working relationship.
Please check if I can write one e-mail this way:

"Dear XXX
I am very disappointed by your behaviour. Your bad and rude manners are not appropriate to our business relationship. If you don´t have time to deal about your stand, it is your problem, we usually give our assistance to our customers and they are satisfied with our way to work. I don´t feel comfortable with our dealing so from this moment you can get in touch with my colleague XXX , he will be responsible for the continuation of the work on your stand."

Please have a look and correct when necessary!

Thank you so much

Pamela

After a letter like that, I'd be very surprised if your customer remained your customer.

Personally,I'd just take this approach.

Hi,

I must say that I had expected this type of answer .... I actually wanted to let my customer know that I don´t want to cooperate with him anymore. I'm not clear whether you mean just you personally, or your company.

Please can someone advise if it is correct to say "break away from a customer"?Meaning that I intend to stop cooperating him?

Dear Friend,
I am very moved by the change in your behaviour. Your unfastened and natural manners are not only charmingly appropriate to our business relationship, but anticipated, and if you don't have enough time to deal with the formalities about your stand, your problem is our problem, we usually give our assistance to our customers and they are quite satisfied with our way to work.
