I believe these experiences will help me a lot for my work in future.

some one say experience here is uncountable, I believe so, also for in future he say it should be in the future or in future, but I think in future also make sense and maybe more proper. for my work maybe not as good as in my work? So It should be "I believe my experience here will give me a great hlep in my future work", but again a great help or great help? MY GOD, I DO NEED HELP!
