(I believe that the inclusion of the commas in some examples and the exclusion of commas in others are correct.)

I believe these are correct, too.
The fragrance Eternity for Men sold like hot cakes in the mid-'80s.
(No commas set off 'Eternity for Men' because it's essential info, and if we did, we wouldn't know which fragrance was being referred to. Doing so would make that info parenthetical and unnecessary, agreed?
