I believe that you are falling back to old habits.

Hi

I'm not sure if 'falling back' is the correct phrase in the sentence below but there is an exact which really means what I intend to say. I'm not able to recall that word. Could you please help me? Thank you.

I believe that you are falling back to old habits.

Are the following sentences correct and natural? Could you please offer other alternatives?
1: How many months have you been pregnant for?
2: How far are you?

I would say "falling back into old habits". However, Google search throws up almost as many hits for "to", so I guess opinions vary. " (2) would be OK informally if it is very clear from the context that you are referring to a pregnancy.

(1) is understandable, but probably I would say "How many months pregnant are you?"

(2) would be OK informally if it is very clear from the context that you are referring to a pregnancy.
