I ate (just) now

I've just finished a meal and someone asks me what's up.

Me: "I ate now" or "I've eaten now."

Does this make sense? Is it correct? I know I could use "I ate just now" or "I've just eaten" but I'm wondering if it would be correct to only use "now"?

NecrophagistMe: "I ate now"

This is not good English.

NecrophagistMe: "I've eaten now."

This is possible in a certain context. For example, someone offers you some food but you have already eaten. It does not seem a likely response to an inquiry of "What's up?".
