I are

I have one question,
when I hear radio, there are some songs when they sing 'I are'...for example song by Timbaland The Way I Are or Get Sexy by Sugababes.
So, when is 'I are' used?

"I are" is used when you want to appear ignorant but cute. Note the rhymes in the Sugababes number:

When I'm drivin' in my car,
or I'm standing at the bar,
It don't matter where I are,
