Having done it lots and lots, I'd say,

I'm working nights.

I'm working the night shift.

I'm working on the night shift.

I work at night.

I work in the nighttime.

We are working in shifts. (meaning the job is accomplished by one shift following another)

I would not say, I am working at/in night shifts.

I think in the night shifts is correct , because the action or any activity to be done by that time it needs more time .not like( at ) which needs instantaneous action
