Which of these sentences is correct?

Does Gloppy import wines from Argentina? or Is Gloppy importing wines from Argentina?

the only difference is what would they imply

When saying does gloppy bla bla...you are asking is that what gloppy does for a living (usually, permanently)

When saying is gloppy....you are asking if he's doing it now, if it's something new he just started doing.

It's just the difference between Present Perfect and Present Continuous, that's all
