I am waiting to pay for a "fax-over"

I had to fax over some documents at a copy center today.

While waiting for my order to be completed by a representative, another rep. came to me and asked if I need any help.

I told her, I am waiting to pay for a "fax-over" and later im beling helped by someone. I turned "fax over" into a noun in this case because I believed it might sound casual that way. But this is somewhat awkward isnt it? Teachers! Help me!
