Letter Writing

I am trying to form a sentence or two to describe the following

(i) I helped somebody very close with lots of money when they were having a tough time.
(ii) They agreed in writing to repay me at a later date when their situation changed.

(iii) When the good times rolled in, I went and asked for my money back.
(iv) They denied their liability
(v) Not only that they have even gone to the extent of smearing a bad name for me.

I want to explain to a very special person in a sentence or two, that I am the victim here. They are the bad guys.

Also I need to finish with a sentence stating that bad guys must be punished and the good guys should get back their dues.

I made this up. Yeah it is more like 2 paragraphs than 2 sentences. And I still haven't said anything about Bad guys got to lose. But this is all that I was able to come up with. It sounds so lame even to me.

*****CAN SOMEBODY CHECK FOR CORRECTIONS PLEASE*****

I am the good guy here. If at all I had made any mistakes, it was my continued kindness and gene
