Could you correct the sentences below?

I am taking a holiday off work

I am taking a holiday off my work

I am taking a holiday off the work

I am taking a holiday off my studies/the studies/studies.

Is it possible to omit the 'a'?

Here is another expression:

I am taking ten days' vacation (next week / next month) from work.

Is it possible to omit the 'a'? Not before holiday
