I am so happy to talk to you this morning

Hi,

I had a talk with somone this morning. After I left that place, I sent him email stating that " I am so happy to talk to you this morning." Can I still you that sentence, because we talked each other like five minutes before, after I left him, I sent this sentence. Is it grammatically correct, please let me know. Thanks.

I would say, "I am so happy to have talked with you this morning" OR "I am so happy that we had the chance to talk this morning". (better, I think)
