Practice, practice, practice. Alone, in front of friends, in front of people you don't know well. Speak forcefully, as if you had all the confidence in the world.

  • Don't try to go too fast, pausing where natural phrases appear.
  • Try to do the presentation without reading it word for word; make it sound that you really understand what you are saying, to the point of not having to see each word separately.

reallifewho's written english is just fine
Some way from "fine", I'm afraid. I don't mean to discourage you, but there are probably twenty mistakes in your post, including some very simple ones like failing to capitalise "I" and failing to type a space after a comma or period.

I failed to notice earlier that this is your first post in the Forums. Welcome! This is a great place to practice, learn and get to know people.

Take pauses between sentences. Do not rush yourself under any circumstance. I strongly suggest making cue cards instead of relying on a cumbersome script. Memorize topic sentences, key points, and facts. Get excited about the subject of your project, tell yourself that your goal is to make your presentation interesting for your audience. If you focus on making the presentation interesting instead
