I am poor in pronunciation

Hi friends,

Now I am learning in english. if i speak in english someone misunderstood because my pronunciation is too poor. My friend suggest me to hear english audio repeatedly. So I need english verbs lists with audio like this

Aback-adverb - taken by surprise
we were actually taken aback by the news.

Abandon :verb - to leave forever
All the passengers abandoned the ship before it sank

Did anyone has such type of book or any link is there. Could you please help me guys...
