I am not sure: The Shortest Comparison Sentence

Situation:

In January Thompson had 25 homeworks.
In February Thompson had 20 homeworks.

Which one is correct?
A. Thompson had more homeworks in January than in February.
B. Thompson had more homeworks in January than February. (without in after than)

Which one is correct?
C. How many more homeworks did Thompson has in January than Thompson had in February.
D. How many more homeworks did Thompson has in January than in February.
E. How many more homeworks did Thompson has in January than February.

In your question, "homeworks" is not what we use, anyway - A is closest. Thompson had more hoework in January than in February. D is closest.

In your question, "homeworks" is not what we use, anyway -
A is closest. Thompson had more hoework in January than in February.
D is closest. How much more homework did Thompson have in January than in February.

I should add that 20 homeworks, I would say "20 lots of homework" or "20 bits of homework" or 20 assignments.
