"Post Office" is always written with initial capitals when used in a formal sense, or to identify a specific place (rather than a general "post office" which is like "public telephone" in that it's non-specific), I think. Since your story seems to be set in a Post Office I think that might be appropriate in this case.

"came" - past tense of "come". Correct examples: "he WILL COME here", "he CAME here yesterday", "he HAS COME here" (this implies that he is here now), "he CAME to the Post Office often" (or "he OFTEN CAME to the Post Office").

VISIT is arguably more appropriate than "come to" if Ali is "just a regular customer" at the Post Office - it's cleaner and more specific for someone who briefly visits a place. Since Ali's visits happened in the past, Ali VISITED the Post Office.
