TOPIC: In most part of the world, the volume of traffic is growing at alarming rate. In the form of an assignment, discuss about the main traffic problems in your country, causes and discuss solutions.

Nowadays, traffic problem is one of the biggest concerns of many countries. It is obvious that this problem is booming in a country with a large number of vehicles like Viet Nam. There are several reasons for this matter and various measures should be taken by governments and individuals.

There are some reasons why traffic has become the greatest problem in Viet Nam. The main issue is there is a rapid growth in the number of motorbikes in our country. It is estimated that each Vietnamese family of four people has at least 2 bikes. People tend to buy them more due to their convenience and affordable prices. Furthermore, roads are not properly constructed. It is easily seen that city does not expand along with an increasingly cars population.

Fortunately, several measures could be taken to prevent this problem. The first solution would be providing free public transport 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In Japan, Korea, government have well – built subway systems which offer residents a quick and saving means of transport. It encourages people to protect the environment as well as reduce the volume of traffic. In addition, councils should rearrange the infrastructure. Widening roads, building bridges will not only help decline traffic congestion but also create a better view.

In conclusion, it is clear that there are various reasons for traffic problems and steps need to be tackled for this matter.
