At the end of 2019, the world has suffered from the COVID-19 pandemic. We suggested taking protective measures to safeguard ourselves and I am no exception. I have done many ways to prevent myself from this disease. First and foremost, because of the awareness of the dangerous disease that I have entirely performed social distancing which was passed by the government. I stayed and worked at home during the self-isolate to protect myself as well as everyone’s selves because the disease easily transmitted through the droplet, air, hand, etc. Second, this epidemic was related to the respiratory system, it can lesion lung, nasopharynx; Hence, I tried to do exercise regularly at least 30 minutes a day. Better health helped me fight against the virus and gained weight throughout quarantine. Finally, I took measures to guard myself against infecting CORONA VIRUS. I obeyed the 5K rule: Khau trang, Khoang cach, Khong tu tap, Khai bao y te, Khu khuan. Besides, I brought along hand sanitizer, tissue, cloth masks when I had to go out and I frequently washed my hand. Also, I would go to doctors to check my health conditions if I had some strange symptoms such as sneeze, cough, tiredness, fever, difficulty breathing. Furthermore, I covered a dance on Tiktok to make people more aware of this serious epidemic. Altogether, each of us should take steps to decrease the cases of COVID 19. Many efforts have been made by doctors, scientists to prevent the disease; Thus, we should join hands in pushing back the pandemic.
