Hi,

I would like to ask you to explain me the difference between the two pairs of sentence...

1. I am going to hospital.

I am going to the hospital.

2. I am going to school.

I am going to the school.

Unfortunately, you can't say "explain me the difference" like you would say "tell me the difference." You have to say "explain to me" -- or simply "please explain the difference." (The "to me" is understood --- who else would you want us to explain it to?)
