I am getting treatment, while I discharge

Yesterday while I was getting off the train I fell down and broken my legs. Now I have admitted into the "S" hospital where I am getting treatment. Doctor told they will discharge me after a week and they also told to keep ready $50,000 fees which I should pay while I discharge.

Please correct my sentences.
