I am driving with him in the car.

Dear all,

One of my friends is driving a car and I am with him in the car. In this context, please tell me which of the following sentences are correct. As a non-native speaker, I tend to say the fourth one. The first, second and third sentences give me a feeling that I am driving the car. Actually the words "I am driving" confusing me. I'd like to get your opinion on this.

I am driving with him in the car.

I am riding with him in the car.

I am riding/driving around in the car with him.

He is driving the car and I am with him.

Thank you.
