I am done with /I have done

Hi,

I want to ask that can I say this in all the ways like:

1:I am done with my masters in I.R.

2:I've got my masters degree in I.R.

3:I have done masters in I.R.

4:I have completed my masters in I.R.

5:Now I am a masters degree holder/degree holder of masters in I.R.

6:I've finished my masters in I.R.

Are the sentences given above correct to say?Please need your help because I've searched for this but didnt get the answer, I would be very thankful to you.

Hi, Master's is better written with an apostrophe. It's short for 'a Master's degree'. The word is often although not always written with a capital M.

Master's is better written with an apostrophe. It's short for 'a Master's degree'.

Hi,

Most of them suggest you finished it quite recently.

I recommend you just say I have my/a Master's in I.R.
