I am confusing about my sentence in Enjoyment article
Enjoyment
After you read this article, it doesn’t mean that you won’t cry any more, because our environment still has bad news or bad situation that will happen to us, but how can you deal with it?
What are the benefits of enjoyment? Enjoyment will make you less worry about anything, make you completely enjoy with anything that you face around you, make you forget about painful, make you forget about sickness. Is this true? You can answer this question by noticing yourself when you face with something that so cute till make you smile, how do you feel while you are smiling? Any worry in your mind gone, isn’t it.
If enjoyment benefits you so much, why wait for it happening by chance, why not build it from the environment around you.
