I am confused

"Among the most amazing new medical devices...................................................................................."
A- that influence many functions of the body
B- are benefical for diseases like migrains and diabetes
C- there is an oppurtunity to give people back their health
D- are those that stimulate nerves electrically
E- those that control certain symptoms in an amazing rate
Why is D correct answer* I didn't get it, can you explain it? I answered as C.
