"I am coming / going to help you"

I know that 'be going to' is used for the meaning of future happening and then I was wondering if I can also use 'be going to' for the meaning of moving to like "I am coming / going to help you"? Here 'going to help' might be for future happening but I meant 'moving there', so can we use it two ways and should we distinguish in context?

Thank you so much in advance.

  • That would be a good idea; ideally the context will do that itself.
