I am coming from/I came from/I come from/I am from

I am working in Steven Born Pvt. Ltd. I was told to collect money from Bevan Michael Ltd. by my manager. So I went to the company.

Now I wonder how to tell them that (I am from Steven Born Pvt. Ltd)

Should I say,

(1) I am coming from `Steven Born Pvt. Ltd' and I was told to collect money from you.

(2) I come from `Steven Born Pvt. Ltd' ............

(3) I am from `Steven Born Pvt. Ltd' ...........

(4) I came from `Steven Born Pvt. Ltd' ...............
