Yep! It's not right! The correct sentence is "I come from Singapore". You can not use both tobe and verb like that!

This form was once used (see Pride and Prejudice - "I am come to inquire") as meaning that I am now here, as opposed to I have just arrived ("I have come"). However it is no longer in use.
