I am being an assistant manager

Now I am being an assistant manager and I don't know when my designation is going to change as there is frequent shuffling of designation that may be promotion or demotion. Three months before I was the manager but last week I was demoted to assistant manager but I never worried regarding this as it's our company's principle to shuffle the designation according to the needs of the situation.
