My name is XXXXX. I have just received an email that I have been accepted to the PhD in XXX program at University of XXX. I also have been told that you have agreed to be my program advisor. I would like to thank you sincerely for accepting me as your student and giving me the opportunity to pursue my Doctoral studies and working with you.
However, I am very worried about funding my PhD. Since my budget does not let me to pay the tuition I am in need of receiving scholarship. Is there any financial support for PhD students at University of XXXX? Is there any financial aid in form of Research Assistantship or Teaching Assistantship? Thank you so much once again for giving me this great opportunity. Please accept my sincere thanks and gratitude for all your help.

Do you have any suggestion for subject line? What shall I put in subject line to make sure that the professore will open the email and read it?

"From Sepid *** - PhD candidate."
If he's your thesis adviser, he'll recognize your name. That should be enough for him to open it.
