I am always against purchasing a hard drive with mammoth

Could you please tell me if B's response is natural English? Any suggestions are welcome.

A - Why wouldn't you buy it?

B - I am always against purchasing a hard drive with mammoth space to save data. Once the hard drive goes, the whole data goes. Better to keep a few with less data in each.

A- In other words, not all eggs in one basket?

B - Exactly.
