"I am already served"...?

Dear all,

Suppose you are at some reception desk, waiting for whatever you've come here for. You have told the receptionist what you want already, that is.

There come a couple of new customers. The receptionist asks, "Who's next?" One of new customers says to you, "Go ahead!" but your order is already taken.
-----------------------------------------------------------------

What should I say in such a situation? I stumble, and try to say something like "Thank you, but I am already served, my order is already taken. You go ahead." Or ... "I am taken care of already." Doesn't it sound clumsy..?

What would you say? I'd like know the shortest, most common expression.

I am looking forward to your replies. Thanks a lot, in advance Emotion: smile
