'I am a resident at/of/from?' Correct Proposition Usage?

I often call the management office of my apartment to make complaints. Which one of the followings is the most proper way of using propostion when introducing myself while on the phone? 1) a resident at 2)resident of 3) resident from 4) none of those 5) all of them. THank you!

If you call often, then maybe you just need to say "It's me again..."

I am a resident at the Bayside Apartment Complex...might be a good way to say it. The more common way would be "I live in Room C4 in the Bayside Apartment Complex." There are several good ways to say this.
