I am a foreigner lives/living in the U.S.

I am a foreigner lives in the U.S.

I am a foreigner living in the U.S.

Which one is grammatically correct if I don't want to say 'who lives in' in that context ?

Thank you.

S. This is the one you want. You can't just remove 'who' in this type of construction.
