Dear Sir,

Sub: Quotation for Cleaning of basement at Capital City Mall, Paschim Puri, .

Ref: Your telecom with undersigned and our visit at subject site on 11-08-2010.

We have great pleasure in submitting the following quotation for subject work order for your consideration:


S.No. Description Net Amount

1. Dewatering of Basement 50,000.00

2. Removal of Malba 25,000.00 (Approx)

We are assuming the actual charges for can not be finalise at this stage. It can be higher than above quote.



Terms and conditions:

1. Mode of Payment : Cash/Cheque
2. Tax is included in the rate quoted.
3. Work will be made within 7 (Seven) days of receiving the order.
4. 50% of the total amount to be paid as an advance along with the order and the balance to be paid on completion of work.
5. Quoted rates will remain valid for a period of three months.
