I always go to work by car / I'm always going to work by car

Hi, I have found this sentence in a book - "I always go to work by car". It says that saying " I'm always going to work by car" is not correct. Why it is so?

The present continuous (progressive) is not normally used for this, being reserved more for actions going on at the time of the speaking. It is sometimes used, I think, for emphasis. McDonald's has had the slogan "I'm liking it".
