I already say I don't have cam, do I?

I already say I don't have cam, do I?

HI,

Is it better to rewrite the above as "I've already said I don't have a camera, have I?" Thanks.

P.S. Is it clear to a cam instead of a camera? Thanks.

The first sentence is unintelligible to me. 'Cam' is not an abbreviation of 'camera'. Use this: I've already said I don't have a camera, haven't I?
