Hypothetical Questions ... (Form??)

How do I teach the form / formulation of hypothetical questions ....

i.e.If you could change places with anyone who would you choose? (and...) What would you do if you only had four weeks to live?

I suppose that you teach them just like other Conditionals I, II, III: If you can change places with your brother tomorrow, where will you go? If you could change places with the Rolling Stones, where would you go? If you could have changed places with Marco Polo, where would you have gone?
