If I had the money, I would buy a new car.

The above is a conditional sentence.

If I won 20 million dollars, I would buy an airplane.

The above is a hypothetical statement, as far as I understand.

However, it borders a conditional sentence too.

Is it a conditional sentence or hypothetical sentence?

I think it should be the following:

Had I won 20 million dollars 10 years ago, I would have bought an airplane?
