Hypothesis

The doctor's hypothesis that patient needed rest, so he issued a medical certificate for sick leave. It was based on his clinical findings and severity of illness.

Therefore, one can't deny the sick leave certificate and saying no justification for this sick leave unless he must be a medical practioner with proper findings.
