I have several questions concerning this passage.
1) Can you think of a better way to state a hypothesis?
2) I have problem with a comparisson here. I'm not sure it is OK. Can you, please, suggest any improvements?
Chest tube thoracostomy is a standard procedure for pleural fluid and air drainage. Hypothesis of this research is that by the use of a wire-guided targeted chest tube thoracostomy with a patent tube one can achieve a more precise, simpler and less painful placement of the chest tube and with less complications than by the classical surgical technique.
