Hyphens with expressions containing numbers

Good afternoon to you all!

I was wondering if I should use a hyphen in expressions such as:

A 2-day vacation / A 12-inch gear / A 10-wheeler truck / Etc.

What's the grammar rule for this? Thanks for your usual help! Emotion: smile
