Hyphens that go with "dumb"

You know how "dumb-ass" is hyphenated? Well, does it make sense, in certain cases, to hyphenate other words that come after "dumb?" For example:

"Nobody was asking you to do that, dumb-***!" he barked.

The stars there belong to the "SH-word" that refers to fecal matter.

What teacher? It has nothing to do with being taught anything at all. It has to do with editing something of mine properly. Those are the words of a character yelling at and scolding another character in a crude comedy. I just want to know if that hyphen should be there as with "dumb-***."
