Hyphens on family owned and family operated

I know that when I use the phrase "it's a family-owned business" you definitely need to hyphenate "family-owned" as it's compound adjective, but in this sentence:

"Family owned and family operated, we take great pride in our commitment to customer service."

Should I still be using the hyphens?
