hyphenated adjectives

Hi,
1.Let us say I have this attitude that I am all good and deserve it all. Can I write it this way?

They know me as a person witht an I'm-very-good-and-I-deserve-it-all attitude.

Can I make put quotation marks instead? How would you what to do -- hyphenate or put quotation marks?

They know me as a person with an "I'm very good and I deserve it all" attitude.

2. Let's also say I have an activity in mind that has a possible title of "You are so good." How should I make it an adjective?

a. Let's play this You-are-so good activity. Get in line, now.
b. Let's play this "You are so good activity." Get in line, now.
