hyphenate unit of words and comma before abeit

Would you hypenate the words I have hyphenated?
It's no outlandish just throw-stuff-on-the-wall-see-if-it-sticks.
If this was a direct-evidence-type-of-case.
Bob has them still in the yard, albeit closer to the house. Is there a comma before abeit?

Hi, Would you hypenate the words I have hyphenated? It's no outlandish just throw-stuff-on-the-wall-see-if-it-sticks. Using a lot hyphens like this is very, very casual (and some people would say 'lazy') English, so strict grammar rules do not apply.
