hyphen with Tom Cruise

Hello,

If I want to say

"This is a typical Tom Cruise movie."

Do I need a hyphen between "Tom" and "Cruise"? I don't think so, but please let me know.

However, if I want to say

"This Tom Cruise-directed movie is awesome."

Is there a hyphen between "Tom" and "Cruise"? I am confused about this one.

(I know I can say this movie directed by Tom Cruise is awesome, but I want to know the correct way of using the hyphen in this case.)

Thank you!
