Hyphen in 'well' words after the verb?

He was well-mannered.
He was well-behaved.
He was well-respected.

Hi,

He was well-mannered.

He was well-behaved.

He was well-respected.

He was well-informed.

My dictionary shows all except #3 with a hyphen. To me, they all look good with a hyphen.
