Hyper presentation?

Hello good people!

Could anyone of you explain to me what it means, when a person is characterized by "hyper presentation"? Is it about their looks or their behaviour? Does it mean that their behaviour is larger than life?

Best regards!
T.

Well, that is the problem - there is not much context - there are only other symptoms mentioned. I think, in examining the context via your link, that "hyper" is being used as a slang shorthand for hyperactive.

"Hyperactivity is a physical state in which a person is abnormally active. The colloquial term hyper is used to describe someone who is in a hyperactive state."
