Hypens

With mobile messaging being the rave now, and having limited text to use for that medium, is it accepted to send circulars with 'first come first served' phrase without the hypens? Is there a difference between the UK and US on usage of hypens for this phrase?

Thks.

Hi, I don't see any need for hyphens in this phrase, whether it is in a mobile message or not. But I' d put a comma after 'served'. Clive

I would not use hyphens in this phrase either.

I agree with Clive.
