Hygienically speaking

Is this sentence natural? I couldn't find hygiencially in the dictionary.
Hygienically speaking she isn't dirty. She has a dirty personality.

Thank you

The word "hygienically" is fine in itself, but its use in your sentence seems rather loose -- perhaps OK in casual English but not so much in careful or formal English. You could instead say "She isn't dirty as far as hygiene is concerned" or "She isn't dirty in an unhygienic way".
